The Networking Programme

The NetworkING programme is our core offering to small businesses, designed to ensure that your systems keep working and any problems are resolved quickly. A fixed monthly fee, based on the size of your network, and the level of cover you require, buys availability to a range of services.

There are three levels of NetworkING available:

Silver is the first stop to a full service for your network, offering basic management and monitoring, and access to helpdesk and support facilities, and is suitable for any business that just wants the basic peace of mind that comes from knowing that their investment in IT is being watched over.

Gold adds more services and greater access to support facilities, and is suitable for businesses that rely more on their IT in order to function.

Platinum is our top of the range service, and is for businesses who want an extensive package of facilities on an "all-you-can-eat" basis.
