you might need with no further charges. Think of it as comprehensive

That’s right – all remote support is included in your monthly
fee.

Again, all day-to-day work to fix problems with your network are
included in your monthly fee.

recovery included
Again, if you have a disaster, our time to help you recover is
included in your monthly fee.

Server
management
Some additional services over and above the other levels

Application
deployment – if you have a new application to install on all of
your computers, we’ll do it for you.

Policy
management – We can manage any policy you want to impose on the
use of your computers – for example, you might want your users
to save everything to specific folders on your server.

Client access
to system – if you have a technically knowledgeable person
on-site, we can give you access to some parts of our system so
that, for example, you can run off any reports you choose. We’ll
even hold your hand while you get to learn the system
These services are
available for a fixed monthly fee, payable via standing order and based
on the size of your network. The price is calculated as follows:

Network fee of
£250 per month – covers the first server, one broadband router, WLAN
access points, unmanaged hubs/switches and printers

£60 for each
additional server (ie, separate file server, remote services server,
etc)

£40 for each
desktop/laptop machine on the network, including remote machines
