The networkING programme is our core offering to small businesses. A fixed monthly fee, based on the size of your network, provides a range of system management, monitoring and support services. Your machines are kept up to date, problems are spotted before they escalate, and there's always a knowledgeable human being available to solve the day to day problems that arise.

Securing

Keeping threats out of your network is an increasingly important, and complex, issue. For a fixed monthly fee, we'll install and manage the equipment to make sure that such threats are kept away from you, giving you more peace of mind. Further details available here.

Protecting

Viruses, spyware, spam - do you know what's floating around your network? Do you want to, or would you rather someone else deal with the problem? For a fixed monthly fee, we'll protect your servers and machines from viruses, spam and spyware, and keep an constant eye on everything to make sure you stay protected.

Recovering

Everyone know how important it is to back everything up, but really that's only part of the story. The crunch comes when you have to recover data that you've lost, either some important files that have been deleted or damaged, or maybe because you've lost everything in a disaster and need a complete rebuild. For a monthly fee, we'll make sure that important data is saved away from your site just in case, and you won't have to worry about buying hardware or software, or remembering to change tapes and take them home.

Homeworking

What if you don't have a network? What if you're just working by yourself, for yourself, out of the spare room? Well, we can help there too. For a fixed monthly fee, we can offer the same machine management and monitoring that we offer our larger clients, together with remote support and helpdesk facilities, off-site backup of important data and even a professionally managed home for your website.
