If you have an urgent support issue, please call 01252 891892. You may be asked to download the remote support application by pressing the button below:

Once downloaded, click on Run or OK when prompted, select the "support.ingit.uk.com" address and click on OK. If your firewall alerts you to a program trying to get onto the Internet, allow any connection when prompted.

Note that once the remote support session is complete, this program uninstalls completely, and leaves no trace on your computer.
